If you are seeking help on a specific file, please email us with the special subject line "Allow File Access" consenting your permission for support personnel to access your file name and file content.
Your permission is only retained for a single support request. Please allow an additional 24 hours in response time for us to retrieve your encryption key from a separate authentication system.
